Hannah will give you some basic guidelines on how to minimize your company's exposure when using promotions on your blogs, websites, and social media platforms.

Learn what types of language should be on all your coupons, the basics of how contract law can apply to these offers, and the hidden pitfalls of online marketing.

Hannah is an attorney at Hollingsworth & Zivitz, PC where she focuses her practice on business law and entrepreneurial services. Social Media Breakfast was founded by Bryan Person in August 2007 in Boston and has since spread to over 25 cities throughout the United States and abroad.
